
Youngok Lim
Youngok Lim brings to CC&F her extensive expertise in policy issues in early childhood education and quantitative data analysis. Her research includes: child care quality rating systems; the demand for quality child care; factors that shape quality; the market response to information about quality; policies and programs that affect the supply and demand sides of child care and early education; and the impact of partnerships on quality and child outcomes. Prior to joining CC&F, Dr. Lim conducted research on wage issues and the impact of different benefit programs on the unemployed. Dr. Lim holds a doctorate in Economics from Cornell University and was awarded a Research Scholar's grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Child Care Bureau.
