Patricia Fahey

Patricia Fahey

Patricia Fahey is an organizational development and management specialist, who uses her in-depth knowledge of best practices in management to develop effective strategies for non-profit organizations. For many years, she has provided consultation and professional development that builds the capacity of programs that serve children ages birth to 8. Ms. Fahey led the development and delivery of Moving Ahead, an innovative leadership development program that emphasizes team-building, and she co-led the development of Steps to Success, a multi-media training package for Head Start mentor-coaches. Currently Ms. Fahey is developing a web-based staff development planning system for the Administration for Children & Families: Office of Head Start, and leads a Maternal and Child Health Bureau-funded effort to provide consultation to state Child Care Health Consultation Initiatives. She holds a master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Pittsburgh's Graduate School of Public and International Affairs.
