National Child Care Information Center (NCCIC)
The National Child Care Information Center (NCCIC) is a clearinghouse of online information about child care. The web site includes child care links and information about quality, comprehensive services for children and families, as well as online publications and conference information. Activities of the NCCIC include dissemination of child care information and outreach in response to requests from States, Territories and Tribes, policymakers, parents, programs, organizations, providers and the public.
 
National Early Childhood Technical Assistance System (NEC*TAS)
The National Early Childhood Technical Assistance System (NEC*TAS) assists states and other designated governing jurisdictions as they develop multidisciplinary, coordinated, culturally sensitive, and comprehensive services for children with special needs, birth through age 8 , and their families. The NEC*TAS web page provides an overview of organizational goals and services, as well as reports related to the development and implementation of comprehensive services for young children with disabilities.
 
National Parent Network on Disabilities
The home page of the National Parent Network on Disabilities (NPND) provides information and resources to promote and support the power of parents to influence and affect policy issues concerning the needs of people with disabilities and their families.
 
Special Education Resources on the Internet (SERI)
The Special Education Resources on the Internet (SERI) project is a collection of online disability-related resources, including links to national organizations and resources for parents and educators.
 
The Council for Exceptional Children (CEC)
CEC offers information about public policy and legislation, professional development events, and materials related to children with disabilities. This site also includes previews of articles in upcoming issues of CEC's journals, Exceptional Children and TEACHING Exceptional Children.
 
National Information Center for Children and Youth with Disabilities (NICHCY)
NICHCY is a clearinghouse that provides information and services on disabilities and disability-related issues. NICHCY offers technical assistance to parent and professional groups, referrals to other organizations, and materials about a range of disability-related issues which are available in English and Spanish. All materials and services are provided free of charge. NICHCY's newsletter, News Digest, is published three times a year.

The National Center to Improve Practice (NCIP): Enhancing Special Education Through Technology, Media, and Materials at Education Development Center, Inc. (EDC).
The National Center to Improve Practice (NCIP) promotes the effective use of technology to enhance educational outcomes for students with sensory, cognitive, physical and social/emotional disabilities. The web site offers a collection of resources regarding the use of technology in special education, and links to other disability-related resources.
 
The Head Start Information and Publication Center
This Center, a service of the Head Start Bureau, supports the Head Start community and other organizations working in the interest of children and families by providing information products and services; conference and meeting support; publication distribution; and marketing and outreach efforts.
